Every trip is different, but these are a few helpful things to know before getting started.
01 / WHEN SHOULD I REACH OUT?
The earlier, the better, especially for peak seasons, milestone trips, and more complex itineraries. Last-minute requests may still be possible depending on availability.
02 / WHAT DOES THE PLANNING FEE COVER?
The planning fee covers the time, research, expertise, itinerary design, coordination, and support involved in creating your trip. Hotels, transportation, experiences, and other travel costs are paid separately.
03 / CAN I BOOK PART OF THE TRIP MYSELF?
Absolutely. To ensure I can thoughtfully coordinate your itinerary, at least 50% of your accommodations must be booked through me. If more than half of your accommodations are booked independently, an increased planning fee may apply.
04 / DO YOU ASSIST WITH FLIGHTS?
Flight research and booking assistance may be added for an additional fee. I’ll confirm the appropriate level of support based on your itinerary.
05 / DO YOU OFFER TRAVEL INSURANCE?
Yes. I strongly recommend protecting your trip and can provide a personalized travel insurance quote for your consideration.
